The Carnation 1,050 sq. ft

The remaining units have this Floor Plan. This is the most popular unit providing comfortable living space at a very reasonable cost. A few of those which are end units offer the optional side entrance. Also, a few units were built with the optional additional 3 piece bathroom.

The Begonia 1,300 sq. ft

This is the largest of the three floor plans. There are only 5 units in the complex of this type, all located on the west side of Simons Lane. Each townhome in this plan has two bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite. 

The Magnolia 1,200 sq. ft

The end units with this floor plan have the optional side entrance. Each of these townhomes has two bathrooms, one of which is a 4 piece ensuite.
