Application Process

All applications must go through Home and Community Care Support Services, where final eligibility is determined and bed offers are made based on care requirements and appropriate availability within the facilities. Please contact  (905) 684-9441. 

Applicants together with their families are invited to visit the Home, compare care philosophy, menus, ambiance, services, and amenities with other facilities and make selection choices based on first hand knowledge.
